UVmount Curing Machine
UVmount is a cold mounting machine for cold mounting sample preparation that utilizes UV light to rapid curing resins. Pour the resin into a transparent mold, put it into the UVmount, and it only takes 60 seconds to get a completely transparent mounted sample. The sample preparation is fast and few of air bubbles, which can meet the requirement of high-quality sample preparation.

2.Realize "one key start", automatically complete the process and sample delivery;
3.4.3-inch touch screen display for easy operation;
4.The curing time is adjustable,with 4 preset timer buttons;
5.Upper and lower double light source ensures no dead angle irradiation;
6.Uniform curing from the inside out;
7.The curing calorific value is low, and the maximum temperature during curing is lower than 90 degrees;
8.The temperature of the sample at the end of curing is lower than 60 degrees;
9.Dual fan cooling system;
10.Can be equipped with air extraction and air purifier to prevent the leakage of unpleasant odors. (optional item)
